Returns on Web Orders:

We cannot accept returns on personalized items.  On any generic item (not personalized) you have 2 weeks from the time you received said item to return it.  Items will be accepted for a full refund so long as it is unused, in the same condition you received it in and with proof of purchase.

Shipping:

Most orders ship within 14 days from the date of order.  Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.  If you need your order sooner - please let us know at checkout.  We will do our very best to accommodate you!
