Return & Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Wicked Stitches.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns on In store and Web Orders:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  We can not accept returns on personalized items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns on Fan Shop/Spirit Wear Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Spirit Wear/Fan Shop orders.  If you have questions on sizing or are unsure of a product dimensions please call on us for assistance.  We can be reached via phone during regular business hours: Tuesday - Friday 10-5, Saturdays 10-2.  Shop location: 840 Castleton Ave, Staten Island, NY  - or via email info@wickedstitchesgifts.com.

If we made the mistake we will replace the item free of charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days from the date of order. Please allow 3-5 additional days for shipping.  Notify us by e-mail if you require your order sooner. We will do our best to accommodate you.
