Need it faster? Select RUSH (+$25) at checkout. Rush moves your order to the front of our embroidery line and guarantees that your order will leave our shop within 5 business days.

Please note: Rush speeds up our production time - it does not include expedited shipping. At checkout, you’ll select your preferred shipping method separately. We ship from New York, so please choose a shipping speed that allows enough time for your package to reach you.

If you have a specific date you need your order, you can add it in the Notes box when selecting Rush.

Return Policy:

We cannot accept returns on personalized items.  On any generic item (not personalized) you have 2 weeks from the time you received said item to return it.  Items will be accepted for a full refund so long as it is unused, in the same condition you received it in and with proof of purchase.
